Witness

Yesterday was such a gift. Nancy and I met with this man of God regarding a painting he was doing for her. She encouraged me to take one of my paintings with us as she was taking some of hers as well.

Let’s start off by saying Nancy is blind, she continued to paint some after losing her eyesight, but then… the enemy and her discouragement, at times downright anger caused her to stop. Her confidence crushed by the words the enemy was speaking into her mind…

Yesterday, the words Tom spoke to her…. all I can say is “thank you Jesus for allowing me to be part of that conversation and reaction”… hope, joy, even disbelief washed over her. Wow… what a testimony to how hearing the right words being spoken over us can change our entire perspective.

So often we can read the things, see the things, hear the things time and again from different people and places yet the words just don’t click. Then one day God lays a word on someone’s heart and when given it is as if a flood washes over us. That is exactly what I got to witness yesterday… priceless…

Thank you Jesus for allow me to be part of this!!!

Who has the Lord laid on your heart? Given you a word to speak over them that you have kept inside? Allowing the enemy to keep you quiet out of fear of how it will be received… I challenge you today… speak the word.
